Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.

Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days after receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as you received.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) and photo evidence (if item is damaged/defective) are required.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and check your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.
  • Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days with photos. We’ll replace or refund it.
